Calvin M. Holman, Chief Information Officer

In his capacity as chief information officer, Mr. Holman is responsible for the technology, operations, client services, and Customer Care for the payroll channel. His extensive background is in a diverse set of technologies ranging from mainframe to server-based systems. Mr. Holman previously worked as chief operations officer at TSYS Prepaid. Under his leadership, TSYS Prepaid more than doubled the number of accounts on file, established a new processing center in Europe, and expanded its intricate load network. Prior to TSYS, Mr. Holman worked at Paymentech, a developer of merchant-oriented technologies for acquiring institutions. Mr. Holman reported directly to the chief operations officer at Paymentech, where he directed the company's research and development team for emerging technologies. Mr. Holman was responsible for creating the Paymentech e-business division and for making the Internet a profitable channel for them. Mr. Holman began his payments career at TSYS, where he worked for 17 years in a range of technical leadership positions in card issuing and acquiring. Mr. Holman was a critical player in such milestone events as Bank of America's initial conversion to the TS2 payments engine and the implementation of AT&T Universal Card Services.

Mr. Holman earned his bachelor's degree from the United States Military Academy in West Point, NY, and served in the U.S. Army for more than five years before he was honorably discharged as a captain. Mr. Holman earned his master's degree in business administration from Columbus State University.

Traci (Jacobs) Hayes, Senior Vice President of Strategic Alliances

Ms. Hayes is responsible for establishing and maintaining Skylight Financial's strategic plans and initiatives with bank partners. She has more than 25 years of experience in corporate banking, retail banking, bank operations, sales management, and product management – including all major aspects of credit and debit card initiatives and strategic planning. Prior to joining Skylight Financial, Ms. Hayes served as a senior vice president with SunTrust Bank where she was responsible for the product development, management, and profitability of their commercial card product lines; before that role, she served as head of their merchant services division. Ms. Hayes is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Georgetown University.

Lynn Cherry, Vice President of Compliance & Risk Management

Mrs. Cherry is responsible for compliance and risk management for Skylight Financial. She manages training, dispute resolution, internal audit, and regulatory compliance. Mrs. Cherry has held various positions within the organization during her 10-year career in the areas of customer care, inbound sales, operations, and information technology.

Prior to joining the company in 1999, Mrs. Cherry spent four years at Wachovia Bank Card Services and was responsible for call center coordination and escalations. She was also a member of a team responsible for the development and implementation of an employee knowledge base. Mrs. Cherry graduated from the Wachovia Bank Card Services management trainee program and earned certification in Wachovia's Managing Operations course. Her background also includes four years of experience in law enforcement, achieved through various positions within the City of Atlanta Police Department.

Mrs. Cherry attended Atlanta Metropolitan College and Georgia State University and holds a degree in biology. She is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Graduate School of Compliance Risk Management.
